You have good social skills and are not afraid to take on difficult assignments, are passionate about helping people and want to find solutions to challenges and problems. To succeed, we would like you to:
- Have previous experience as a support technician
- Speaks Swedish and English fluently. Have well-developed oral and written communication skills.
- Is good at documenting in both Swedish and English
- Is thorough and independent
- Are curious to develop in their profession
- Has a B driving license
