We are looking for someone with experience as a support technician, primarily within First and Second Line support. You have strong interpersonal skills, aren’t afraid to take on challenging tasks, are passionate about helping people, and enjoy finding solutions to problems and challenges. You work well in a team and are a true team player. We would love to see you grow both professionally and personally in alignment with the company’s development.

To succeed, we would like you to:
- Have previous experience as a support technician.
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Are skilled in documentation in both Swedish and English.
- Are thorough and able to work independently.
- Are curious and eager to develop professionally.
- Have a valid driver’s license (B).
