What we look for in our future colleague

We are looking for you who have several years of experience working with service and product sales in the IT industry (B2B) and who are used to managing large strategic accounts. You have a solid understanding of how to run complex deals, often with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers involved.

We look for someone who values long-term customer relationships and understands the importance of acting as a strategic partner to your customers. You have the ability to identify and develop business opportunities, and to build trust by delivering solutions that meet customers’ needs.

What does the role of Senior Account Manager at Aixia entail?

As a Senior Account Manager with us at Aixia, you will be a key player in our continued growth. You will work strategically to develop both existing and, above all, new customers, with a focus on driving complex business arrangements where our solutions in AI, IT infrastructure and managed services are central.

You will be responsible for the entire sales process – from identifying customer needs and creating solution proposals to negotiating and writing contracts. You will work closely with our technical team to ensure we deliver solutions that create real value for our customers. In addition, you will be an important ambassador for the Aixia brand and values.

Your main responsibilities

  • Three Aixia employees around a conference room, by a screen that says AixiaStrategically develop major accounts and build long-term customer relationships
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage complex sales processes
  • Collaborate with our technical specialists to create customized solutions
  • Responsible for tender and contract management
  • Drive marketing activities and strengthen Aixia’s market presence

To succeed, we believe that you

  • Have a proven track record of working with large clients and complex business arrangements in the IT industry
  • Used to dialoguing at decision-making level and navigating large organizations
  • Has a strong business acumen and is skilled at understanding and communicating the value of technical solutions
  • Is structured, goal-oriented and has a natural drive to exceed set goals
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • A post-secondary education in IT, finance or equivalent experience is an advantage. We expect you to have a strong interest in technology and digital solutions
