As a project manager at Aixia, you are a central figure in our efforts to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding our projects from start to finish, which means taking responsibility from the start of the project to the final delivery.
Your work will be an exciting balancing act between IT and business aspects, and you will use your ability to lead, enthuse and motivate your team to achieve autonomy and effective collaboration on a daily basis.
Main tasks:
- Management of projects from start to finish, including project definition, resource allocation, timelines and budget management.
- Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that they meet the client’s digital needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Report project results and ensure that project objectives and deadlines are met.
- Deeply understand our customers’ businesses and act as a trusted partner in their IT transformation.
- Communicate effectively with steering and management teams, as well as technical teams and third party suppliers.
To succeed, we would like you to:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in project management in IT and digitalization.
- Expertise in both traditional project methodology and agile methods.
- Experience in working independently and in a team.
- Higher education in the relevant field.
- Previous experience as a consultant is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.

Location and working methods
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We offer the possibility of partial remote work, but we value on-site collaboration and expect team members to be in the office a few days a week.
