Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Aixia, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for guiding our projects from start to finish, taking charge from the project’s initiation to its final delivery.

Your work will be an exciting balancing act between IT and business aspects, and you will daily utilize your ability to lead, inspire, and motivate your team towards independence and effective collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading projects from start to finish, including project definition, resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring that they meet the client’s digital needs and requirements.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Reporting project outcomes and ensuring that project goals and deadlines are met.
• Deep understanding of our clients’ businesses, acting as a reliable partner in their IT transformation.
• Communicating effectively with steering and management groups, as well as technical teams and third-party vendors.

To succeed, we would like you to:
‍

• Have at least 3 years of experience in project management within IT and digitalization.
• Are skilled in both traditional project methodologies and agile practices.
• Have experience working independently as well as in teams.
• Hold a higher education degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a consultant is a plus.
• Possess strong communication skills in both Swedish and English.
