Main areas of responsibility
- CI/CD management: Responsible for continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, and automate the software delivery process.
- Deployment Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployments in Docker Swarm and Kubernetes environments.
- System reliability: Ensuring system reliability and efficiency through automation and infrastructure optimization.
- Processes: Work closely with development teams to streamline development, testing and deployment processes.
- Security implementation: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Infrastructure as Code: Using tools like Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Monitoring: Setting up and maintaining monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and solve problems.

- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field – or equivalent experience.
- Technical skills:
- Knowledge of Linux administration and scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python).
- Understanding of container orchestration tools such as Docker Swarm and Kubernetes.
- Experience with automation and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
- Knowledge of cloud services (Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Understanding of monitoring tools for networks, servers and applications.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Analytical: Strong analytical ability and skill in troubleshooting.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additional merits
- Automated testing: Develop and implement strategies for automated testing for both front-end and back-end applications.
- Development: Background and understanding of code and its execution, especially Python, is highly desirable.
Location and working methods
The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We offer the possibility of partial remote work, but we value on-site collaboration and expect team members to be in the office a few days a week.
