Main areas of responsibility

  • Management of ML operations: Oversees machine learning operations, including training and inference pipelines.
  • Deployment Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot and improve ML deployments for performance and scalability.
  • Collaborative development: Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement principles for ML development.
  • Policy implementation: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to AI processes and data governance.
  • Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest advances in AI and integrate new technologies into our solutions.

  • Analytical skills: Strong problem solving skills and interest in solution architecture.
  • Soft skills: Communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in technology and continuous learning.

Location and working methods

The position is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. We offer the possibility of partial remote work, but we value on-site collaboration and expect team members to be in the office a few days a week.
