What we are looking for in our
future colleague
solutions. Your work will primarily target new accounts, but you will also be involved in developing some existing clients. You will collaborate closely with Aixia’s operations consultants, who will provide you with strong technical support.
You will be involved in creating and driving marketing activities, managing quotes and contract negotiations related to sales, maintaining close communication with consultants working on-site with clients, overseeing account management across Aixia, and serving as an ambassador for Aixia’s values.
To succeed, we would like you to:
- We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience in service and product sales within the IT industry (B2B), with a particular focus on datacenters. You are someone who values long-term partnerships and is willing to invest the time and effort required to succeed.
- You have a strong sense of business, relationships, and structure, and are goal-oriented with an interest in digitalization. You are also a proactive individual with a humble approach who enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We believe you have a strong commitment and drive to help our clients grow their businesses using our solutions and services.
- You have a proven track record of successful sales, are accustomed to working with your own budget and sales targets, and possess strong administrative skills.
- It is an advantage if you have a post-secondary education related to IT or economics. Fluency in Swedish is required, along with excellent written and spoken English skills.
