The project is based on a simple methodology.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>All employees jointly reduce their gross salary by 100 SEK each month<\/li><li>Aixia as a company allocates the corresponding amount.<\/li><li>Employees come up with suggestions on where the money should be donated and how much. Based on these proposals, the employees make a decision. The aim is to donate money 2-4 times a year.<\/li><li>The basic attitude is that the money should go to social projects that support children and young people in our local area.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Information and follow-up of the projects are communicated on Aixia\u2019s social platforms.
